Same Day & 2 Day Delivery
For orders with urgency, customers can pay $15.90 to have Same Day Delivery from Monday to Friday, as long as orders are placed before noon that day. Orders will be delivered by 7pm that same evening. For $11.90 per order, orders can be delivered within two business days from the date of the order to most metro areas (at checkout, if a postcode and item are eligible, this delivery option will be made available).
Contactless Home Delivery & Pick Up
With the COVID-19 pandemic, BIG W is protecting the health of customers’ households as well as delivery partners by partaking in contactless home delivery. Signatures for home delivery are no longer required. Contactless Pick Up from Service Desks is available—simply show your photo identification and order number, and one of BIG W’s team members will maintain social distancing while completing your contactless verification.
Everyday Rewards
With an Everyday Rewards card, you can collect 1 Everyday Rewards point for every $1 you spend in-store and online at BIG W. Join online for free and you can either download the mobile app or have your card delivered to you within seven days. By collecting points, you can earn rewards such as discounts off future purchases, or even conversion to Qantas Points.
